ALl dossiers between (after) 10-10-2021 7:00 (not part XCC3135MODRNMMOBR which is just before 7:00 at 6:59) to (before) 10/26/2021, except for any EVMs (if any-none), which do not have any extended ID, other than UUID in some cases,(these are ok when submitted, but are duplicate SKUs- to avoid maintenance demission these as well the December double dash files).
