Using texremtarNgz.php to extract all the files (first gz then tar in same shot).

In FTP filezillea window select all files and right click and copy all filenames to clipboard for filename comparisons

using compare with comment line (for checkibng all versus a list removed to check EVM lists for new ones.
Then used texcpySomeHphyles to copy a few to dechoms (based on a list that had been uploaded-see code).
Then convert 1752homs to 1752As.
Then 1752As to 1752Bs, then convert to spreadhsset, check thresholds and create dossiers.

Using play4 for checking ICs new lists (two  TI spreadsheets)-note to make sure to get 15 columns in teh difference data.

run all dossiers (in different days -this gets you just the IC or EVMs together-otherwise need to run a recon on all of them), 
then use play3 for getting IC reconciliation.

For EVMs, just rearrange columns .

Remove all duplicate SCIP number rows for both.
